INSURANCE POLICY COVERAGE:
- Southeast Wisconsin Gutter Cleaning LLC maintains a General Liability Insurance policy at all times.
- All work is to be completed by Southeast Wisconsin Gutter Cleaning LLC employees ONLY. We do not use any sub-contractors or 1099-Workers.
- It is agreed upon and understood that the Customer represents their properties roof to be structurally sound and is able to withstand the weight of workers and their tools. In the event that the roof or structure does not meet these conditions, any resulting damages are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Southeast Wisconsin Gutter Cleaning LLC shall not be responsible for said damages. This includes but is not limited to broken, cracked, or ripped roofing shingles (asphalt, tile, slate, cedar, etc.), fascia, siding, roof decking, and rafter boards.
GUTTER CLEANING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- A gutter cleaning consists of the removal of solid debris accumulated inside of the gutter and downspout system all the way to the ground. Every downspout will be confirmed to be free of debris or obstructions.
- Underground drainage systems are NOT included.
- We use a variety of methods to clean the inside of gutter systems such as water hoses, gas-powered blowers, gutter scoops, and hands to collect and bag all debris. Our employees will use whichever method is determined to best complete the job in full unless otherwise requested by the Customer prior to date of the scheduled appointment.
- No warranties, expressed or implied, are offered under this agreement. Southeast Wisconsin Gutter Cleaning LLC shall not be responsible for property damage of any kind caused either directly or indirectly by water related damage to include but not limited to mold, mildew, drywall, landscaping, windows, siding, wood trim, or structural damage.
- Customers must provide Southeast Wisconsin Gutter Cleaning LLC with notice of any damage to the property that the customer suspects to be caused by Southeast Wisconsin Gutter Cleaning LLC within 7 calendar days following completion of the services provided.
GUTTER CLEANING ESTIMATES/QUOTES AND PRICING:
- All gutter cleaning estimates/quotes are approximate costs.
- We take into account the following when creating all estimates/quotes:
- Total Linear Footage of Gutters
- Size of Home or Building (1 Story, 2 Story, 3 Story)
- Walkability and Pitch of Roof
- Type of Shingles/Roofing (Asphalt, Cedar, Tile, Slate, Steel, etc.)
- Level of Difficulty Reach Certain Gutters
- Amount of Debris Inside of Gutters
- Once scheduled, the gutter cleaning estimate/quote will generally not change. In the event that it needs to increase, this will be discussed with the Customer prior to the work being completed.
- Common occurrences where the estimate/quote requires to be adjusted is when an issue is identified while the service is being completed and additional parts and materials are needed to fix the issue.
- We have ZERO hidden fees or charges.
- Upon completion of a Customers first gutter cleaning, we reserve the right to adjust our pricing accordingly for any future services. For example, if we found that the job took twice as long as anticipated, any future services will be adjusted to reflect a more accurate price for the amount of work required.
PAYMENTS:
- Payments for ALL customers are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon by Southeast Wisconsin Gutter Cleaning LLC.
- Upon completion of services, an electronic invoice will be emailed to the email on file provided by the customer.
- Accepted payments include the following:
- Cash
- Check
- Venmo
- Credit/Debit (+3.4% processing fees)
- Customer agrees and accepts these terms.
- No further work will be performed for past due accounts until all past due invoices are paid in full.
